At Rose & Ivie Bee Co., we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your handmade bath and body products, we're here to help.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused products in their original packaging. Due to the handmade nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on items that have been opened or used.

How to Return

To initiate a return, please contact us by email at roseiviebeeco@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide you with return instructions and a return authorization.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately with photos. We'll arrange for a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.
